Grocery List

Hey Guys! I know a lot of people are interested in the foods that I purchase at the store. What do I buy, what do I not buy? Well, I decided to comprise a list for myself and you guys as a reference in to what I purchase on a regular basis. Remember, this is just for me. This is not an official list or anything and not everything is organic/gluten free/for everyone's diet plans. For a rule of thumb, I usually purchase most of my items from around the perimeter of the grocery store, that is where the more fresh foods are placed. I try to stay out of the center isles as much as possible. I also will shop at the local farmer's market and organic/natural food stores.
